Vendors:

Vendor spaces will be charged at the rate of $20.00 per 10 X 10 foot area.  You will be able to reserve as many 10 X 10 areas as you require. You will receive ONE admission armband per vendor. All other folks coming with you will have to pay their $15.00 admission fee ($10.00 if they are A.M.A. Members).

Electricity:

There will be a limited number of sites with electric available. These will be assigned on a first come first served basis. There will be an additional charge of $100 for the use of the sites with electricity.

A refundable $50.00 clean-up deposit is required for ALL vendors.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Insurance and Liability: Neither The Dogpatch Biker Bash or any of its assigns, organizers, promoters, or workers shall be responsible for the loss or damage occurring to the booths or their contents for any cause. The vendor must provide insurance. The organization agrees to hold harmless The Dogpatch Biker Bash, and any and all sponsors of this event, their successors, representative and assigns, for any injuries suffered while participating in "The Dogpatch Biker Bash". I have read the above and agree to the terms and conditions.

Dear Exhibitor:

We invite you to submit your application for booth space at the “Dogpatch Biker Bash".

Deadline for Vendors booths is August 1st, 2008

Location: Hwy. 7 Spur, Marble Falls Arkansas  -  8 Miles south of Harrison and 12 miles north of Jasper on Scenic Hwy 7..

Vendor Hours: Friday, Sept. 5th, 8am - ?
                            Saturday Sept. 6th
                            Sunday, Sept. 7th , ? – 5pm.

Booth Space: Please identify space needed.

Electricity:  110 volt, 20 amp max provided unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Parking: Please check with STAFF upon arrival to arrange parking..

Set up hours: Booths can be set up on Friday, Sept. 5th starting at 7:00 a.m.. ALL vendors must be set up by 12:00 p.m. ALL vendors must check-in with the Dogpatch Biker Bash Staff before setting up.

Reminders: The Dogpatch Biker Bash reserves the right to move vendors or change booth numbers as they deem necessary.

Insurance: Vendors must provide proof of insurance and endorsement (see below)  naming  Dogpatch Biker Bash as additional insured.
The Dogpatch Biker Bash requires the following verbiage on the certificate of insurance and the endorsement for proof of insurance before participation in The Dogpatch Biker Bash:
DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS/SPECIAL PROVISIONS ADDED BY ENDORSEMENT
Additional insured as respect to operation of the named insured, The Dogpatch Biker Bash., it’s officers agents and employees against any loss, claims, liability injury and damage of any nature arising out of or in anyway connected to the Dogpatch Biker Bash event conducted by the insured, (name of the insured). This insurance shall be primary and non-contributory. Event dates are Sept 5th, 6th, & 7th 2008, located at Hwy 7 Spur., Marble Falls, AR 72648.

If you choose not to obtain insurance for yourself and your business you WILL be required to sign a waiver upon arrival. You WILL NOT be covered by any insurance and you, your employees, helpers, and your inventory and setup could be at risk. Insurance is EASY to obtain and is not very expensive. Please check with your local insurance agent.

Refunds: Refunds will only be made when we re-sell the booth space, minus a $10.00 processing fee.

Exclusivity: To assure concessionaires of maximum sales, The Dogpatch Biker Bash reserves the right to limit the number of participants and items of merchandise. Please list the items you intend to sell in order of preference on the application form or on a separate sheet of paper.

Deposits: A $50 clean-up deposit is required, and will be mailed back to you after the event and upon inspection of vendor space.

Check List:

  • Application form completed and SIGNED.
  • Checks enclosed for booth space and deposit made payable to The Dogpatch Biker Bash.
  • Proof of insurance (if Applicable)
  • Health permit for Food Vendors.
  • Fire Extinguisher #2A10BC or better . for any booth which may in any way cause a fire.
